The brackets for the 2026 District II Basketball Championships can be found below. Play will begin with the Quarterfinals on Tuesday, February 17th and Wednesday, February 18th. The times and locations are located on the brackets. Please check back often for any changes in times and locations.
There will be no Girls A or Boys A Championships this year. In Boys A, MMI (the only District 2 team) in the 2/11 subregional did not qualify for the subregionaland the District 2 A Champion will be Vacant. In Girls A, Susquehanna and MMI (the only District 2 teams) in the 2/11 subregional did not qualify, and MMI has opted out of the Championship game. Susquehanna will be the District 2 Girls A Champion, but will not qualify for the PIAA State Tournament.
PLEASE BE ADVISED —– District 2 has a policy that allows free admission to all “District 2” Post Season events for those over 65 (with proof of age) and pre-school children. This policy DOES NOT APPLY to PIAA State Post Season. The PIAA requires all fans to have a paid admission ticket regardless of age for all PIAA State Post Season contests.
Advanced presale tickets for the quarterfinals round will available online and are $6 (plus processing fees). Advanced sales tickets will be available until the scheduled start of the contest. Tickets will be available at the gate for purchase and can be purchased with cash. All cash tickets at the gate are $10.
Tickets for the 2026 District II Boys & Girls Basketball Championships will be available on Monday, February 16th at 2 p.m. Tickets are required for all rounds of the championships.
